  • Advising IHS Nigeria Plc, a leading telecommunications infrastructure provider with Africa-wide operations on potential acquisition of tower assets of a leading telecoms operator in Tanzania.
  • Incorporating and registering Tanzania’s first microfinance institution focused on banking small-and-micro entrerpises (SMES) as a financial institution with the Central Bank of Tanzania under the majority shareholding of Developpement International Desjardins Inc and Africinvest Financial Sector Ltd.
  • Advising Pike LLC on all aspects of establishing operations in Tanzania in connection with its construction contract for power transmission facilities in Tanzania.
