  • Advising the Government of Mauritius on a public private partnership (PPP) arrangement for the USD 100 million upgrading and expansion of Mauritius’ national highway road network
  • Advising an investment group on a USD 184 million railway project in East Africa in concession with Kenya and Uganda Railways
  • Assisting a leading Mauritian commercial bank in structuring three parallel facilities worth USD82.5 million to finance an investment fund and construction venture for acquisition and development of real estate projects in India
  • Advising on investment in the renewable energy sector in India through Mauritius. The matter involved due diligence, subscription documentation, shareholders agreements and CP exercise.
