Atiq has over 33 years of practice experience and focuses principally on mergers and acquisitions, private client matters for high net worth clients, banking, general corporate advisory and hospitality projects. Atiq has been active in a number of African markets and presently in the UAE assisting clients making investments in Africa. Atiq is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He is also a Senior Partner with Anjarwalla & Khanna Advocates, Kenya’s leading corporate law firm and the Managing Partner of AC&H.

Atiq is a recognised speaker and has conducted a number of seminars on various aspects of commercial law, banking, capital markets and infrastructure projects and project finance.
