Daily Cases in Some African Countries

The highest case fatality ratios were observed in seven countries: Liberia (9.0%), Chad (8.3%), Algeria (6.9%), Niger (6.8), Burkina Faso (6.0%), Mali (5.8) and Sierra Leone (5.3%). Of these, only Liberia, Chad, Algeria and Niger have recorded case fatality ratios higher than the 6.1% currently registered globally.
