This position’s key objective is to ensure the Firm continues to be a market leader in innovation and continues to promote an ‘innovative mind-set’ amongst its people. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and in line with the firm wide strategy, this role will lead the operational delivery, prioritisation and execution of the firm’s Innovation strategy and focus on process improvement in the Firm’s legal and non-legal functions.
