I would like to register for more than one person and get one invoice emailed to me - how do I do that?
The system is configured to automatically forward invoices to the registered email address. We advise that the person registering use their personal email address so that the system generated invoice is sent directly to them. It is important to note that the invoice is generated based on the details provided and may not be revised. It is therefore important to enter the details that you would like to appear on the invoice.
How do I know my registration went through?
After you have completed your registration, you will receive a registration confirmation email with your invoice, a payment link and bank account details to enable you to make the payment either via bank transfer or credit card. I registered, but didn’t receive a confirmation email, what happened?

I haven’t received an invoice, what do I do?
The invoice was included on your registration confirmation email. If you need a copy, please contact us at ALNEvents@africalegalnetwork.com
What are the available modes of payment that I can use?
Payments can be made via credit card, as well as bank deposit.
When will I receive my final registration confirmation?
Once payments have been processed, a payment confirmation email will be sent. The email will include your receipt as well as additional information on accommodation, flights and visas.
I am unable to access the registration portal
The website browser that you are using might be the problem. We recommend that you access the conference website using Google Chrome, Mozilla Fire fox, Safari and Internet Explorer from version 9. If these options don’t work, please contact us at ALNEvents@africalegalnetwork.com
Unfortunately, I am unable to attend the conference; can I give my pass to a colleague or can I register for one day?

Can I have access to the delegates list?
Closer to the Conference, fully registered delegates’ will be given access to the Conference App which will contain the list of all registered delegates and speakers.
What is your conference cancellation policy?
Refunds are allowed only if requested 30 days before the conference and a 15% administrative fee is deducted from the amount paid by the delegate. Any requests made after that time are ineligible for a refund.
How do I book accommodation for the ALN Africa Investment Conference?
Accommodation is not included in your registration fee; however we have preferential rates with Four Seasons Resort, Jumeirah Beach as well as the Shangri-La and the JW Marriott Marquis, which are 15 minutes from Four Seasons Resort. Please visit the accommodation tab of the event website for links to the preferential rates for each of the hotels.
By when do I need to book a room?
- Preferential rates for Four Seasons Resort, expire on 6 October 2018 for bookings covering 6 – 8 November 2018
- Preferential rates for Shangri-La expire on 30 September 2018 for bookings covering 6 – 8 November 2018
- Preferential rates for JW Marriott Marquis expire on 7 October 2018 for bookings covering 5– 8 November 2018
Attendees who wish to book outside the above booking dates will need to contact the hotels directly.
